• ENHANCED SECURITY MEASURES are IN EFFECT for WINTER LIGHTS 3

• ALL Persons entering the venue with ANY BAG may have it searched

• Pat downs may be in effect for anyone with outwear or baggy clothes

• Extra security will be placed at the show and int he venue

• All those attending the show MUST follow the direction of staff, crew and security at all times

• THESE ENHANCED MEASURES WILL IN NO WAY AFFECT YOU HAVING A GREAT TIME AT THE SHOW

• WINTER LIGHTS 3 tickets may be purchased online (and are always delivered via email in minutes) until and during the show on Dec 6th, 2015. or while they last.   Tickets are also available at the door, payable by cash or credit card while they last.   Don't get locked out.  Buy Now.  Many of our past events have SOLD OUT.  Once online tickets sell out, there will be NO OTHERS available at the door.

• Our PLATINUM LUNCHEON starts at 12:30 PM SHARP, and is ONLY available for 44 ticket holders to give each a special experience.  All tickets will be sold in advance, as meals need to be prepared. Once they are sold out, no others will be available!  ALL SEATS AVAILABLE UNTIL THEY ARE SOLD OUT.  Once they sell out, they will no longer be visible for purchase on our ticket site.  PLATINUM LUNCHEON TICKETS GET YOU ALL OF THIS:

• • LUNCHEON - Your choice of meal and side order for our exclusive Luncheon

  • SIT WITH THE STARS - Sit at a table with the celebrity act of your choosing.  PREMIUM seating is available RIGHT NEXT TO each celebrity. You will have an hour at the luncheon to talk with your favorite star and eat with them.  This is an UP CLOSE and PERSONAL experience that is nopt available anywhere else.

  • PLATINUM MEET N GREET - Before the luncheon, you'll experience a PLATINUM Meet N Greet with a VERY limited amount of people in a party atmosphere (no lines or tables) in the balcony area).  This will be in place of the regular walk through VIP Meet N Greet, as we want to give you something special!

  • FIRST ENTRY - As you will be in the venue before anyone else, you will be entering the show first, after the luncheon.

  • STAGESIDE SEATING - You will have seating available right next to the stage, so you can sit AND see the show as well, and be close to the action!

  • POSTER - You'll also get a free OFFICIAL WINTER LIGHTS 3 POSTER, which you can have the performers sign at the Platinum Luncheon Meet N Greet.

• Ticket prices for the luncheon are priced higher, for several reasons including being able to cover costs of opening the venue and staffing it early, cost coverage for performers, and being able to have lunch prepared and served with waiter service.  If you cannot afford this ticket, we suggest a VIP ticket instead.  We totally understand the price of this ticket may be prohibitive for some.

• VIP TICKETS are our most popular ticket.  The VIP MEET N GREET is from 2-5 PM.  We suggest getting to the event early.  These tickets get you ALL OF THIS:

• • Access to a line format VIP MEET N GREET with the performers before the show.  This is a more organized meet and greet which wil let you approach the artists WITHOUT TABLES or SEPARATION.  We have extended the time for the Meet N Greet to allow you to have more time with the performers.  We also LIMITED the amount of VIP TICKETS to much less than previous events, also which will help allow more time with each performer.

  • EARLY ENTRY to the show after the Meet N Greet.  VIP ticket holders will be let into the theater space BEFORE General Admission so you can get right up close to the stage.

• GENERAL ADMISSION ticket holders let you see the show, and not take part in the meet n greets.  General admission ticket holders will be admitted only AFTER the VIP Meet N Greet ends.

• Prices may vary while tickets are on sale due to special promotional offers. In the event tickets are sold at a different or lower promotional price (i.e. sale) than the amount you paid, there will be no refunds or reimbursements. The promotional ("sale") price is ONLY valid during the dates and times the promotion is in effect.

• If you ALREADY PURCHASED a GA or VIP ticket and wish to upgrade to a PLATINUM LUNCHEON ticket, OR if you have a GA ticket and wish to upgrade to a VIP ticket, you can do it easily.  Just purchase the NEW TICKET you want, then email BOTH ORDER NUMBERS to klik@klikevents.net.  Let us know which one is the old one, and we will quickly credit you for it.  You can also upgrade AT THE EVENT to VIP ONLY (PLATINUM LUNCHEON IS PREPARED IN ADVANCE and upgrades cannot take place at the venue), however we STRONGLY recommend upgrading IN ADVANCE ONLINE as tickets MAY SELL OUT before the show.  Note that during some special promotions and sales, ticket upgrades may be suspended.

• IN LIGHT OF RECENT WORLD EVENTS, ENHANCED SECURITY IS IN EFFECT FOR WINTER LIGHTS 3.   When entering the venue, you may be subjected to  additional screenings, and bags may be searched.  Also, as this will take extra time, the scheduled start times of the show, Meet N Greet, and other items may be later than scheduled.  We appreciate your understanding during this time, as we strive to keep everyone safe and secure.

• For security purposes the venue will NOT allow performers outside in the main crowd area during the show.  This is a requirement for safety for the performer and for you from the venue. 

• Dress is however you feel.. as long as it isn't obscene!

• WINTER LIGHTS 3 IS AN ALL AGES EVENT - ALL ARE WELCOME

• Parking is available in many lots around the area, as well as street parking.  There is a lot DIRECTLY IN FRONT of the YOST THEATER which is easiest to use.

• GET TO WINTER LIGHTS 3 EARLY!!! There will be hundreds of people there, and we recommend arriving as early as possible. Please note however that the venue is used by another party in the morning.  As you line up, please do not disturb the patrons of the event before Winter Lights 3.

• Unlike past years, VIP ticket holders will NOT be exiting the venue after the Meet N Greet.  The Yost Theater is much larger than the previous Winter Lights venue, and there is plenty of room for everyone! 

• FOOD and DRINKS will be available for purchase during the show for all.  They will NOT be available during the Meet N Greet.  Drinks can be purchased at the rear bar.  Food is available at the food window at the entrance of the venue.  Alcoholic drinks are available only to parents 21 and over.,  

• Due to last minute changes, the show lineup will not be distributed before the show. We have programmed the acts of Winter Lights 3 so that there is excitement and varied acts throughout.  You won't be bored!  Your favorite artists are always a few minutes away! • Although the show is slated to end at 9:30 PM, it may go on a bit longer, to give every amazing act a chance to perform.  We NEVER cut artists off due to show time. 

• There is no re-entry into the event.  Once you arrive, if you leave, you will have to re-purchase a ticket. Meters are not in effect on Sunday.

• All ticket sales are final.  Every act listed to appear has an agreement with KLiK Events to be appearing in the show, however due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. health issues, weather, etc.) KLiK Events is NOT responsible for any artists' non-appearance.  Winter Lights 3 is a multi-act event.  There are no refunds.
