WINTER LIGHTS 2 LA FAQ

• WINTER LIGHTS tickets may be purchased online (and are always delivered via email in minutes) until Dec 14th, 2014. or while they last.   All sales thereafter happen at the door . Don't get locked out.  Buy Now.  Many of our past events have SOLD OUT.  Once online tickets sell out, there will be NO OTHERS available.

• VIP TICKETS ARE YOUR BEST BUY!  They are MORE than just good tickets.  They get you ALL OF THIS:

  • Access to a special VIP MEET N GREET with the artists before the show.  This is a more organized meet and greet which wil let you approach the artists (we do not guarantee the participation of all artists due to travel schedules and prior commitments)

  • EARLY ENTRY to the show after the Meet N Greet.  VIP ticket holders will be let in BEFORE General Admission so you can get right up close to the stage.

• GOLD CIRCLE SOUND CHECK SERENADE Tickets are VERY LIMITED!  You get to see tha artists PRIVATE SOUND CHECKS during the SOUND CHECK Serenade, and have a continental breakfast with HOLLYWOOD ENDING and IM5 plus others.  You'll get a GOLD CIRCLE seating area on floor level to see the show, as well as everything listed above.  Plus, you will have INSTANT ACCESS to the event.. NO LINES NO WAITING... You go in FIRST and can get right up front.  We will also give you an official WInter Lights 2 LA poster!  Be one of the chosen few with this type of access.  There are a limited number of these tickets available.

• General Admission and VIP tickets do NOT include seating.  Only GOLD CIRCLE tickets will have access to limited seating areas.

• Dress is however you feel.. as long as it isn't obscene!

• WINTER LIGHTS 2 IS AN ALL AGES EVENT - ALL ARE WELCOME

• Parking is available in many lots around the area, as well as street parking.  We will be emailing more info to those who purchase tickets before the event date as to locations of specific lots.

• GET TO WINTER LIGHTS 2 EARLY!!! There will be hundreds of people there, and we recommend  arriving as early as possible... 9 AM may be a good idea, especially for diehard fans.  Of course if you have GOLD CIRCLE TICKETS, arrive ANYTIME as you walk right in with INSTANT ACCESS!

• WINTER LIGHT'S RED CARPET STARTS at 10:30 AM.  Only those authorized in advance to walk the carpet may do so. For details KLIK here.

• The GOLD CIRCLE SOUND CHECK SERENADE is ONLY for GOLD CIRCLE ticket holders, and happens from 9:00-11:00 AM.  Only those with GOLD CIRCLE, tickets may attend. You'll meet IM5, HOLLYWOOD ENDING and other artists, get your free poster and continental breakfast.  Afterwards, GOLD CIRCLE ticket holders go into the VIP/GOLD CIRLE Meet N Greet FIRST!

• The VIP MEET n GREET is from 11:30-1:30 PM.  Only those with VIP and GOLD CIRCLE, tickets may attend. After the meet n greet, you will line up outside once again for the event so the venue can be cleared for you.  

• General Admission ticket holders will be admitted AFTER the Meet N Greet to see the show!

• WINTER LIGHTS SHOW 2 starts appx 2:30 PM, after The VIP Meet N Greet and venue reset. Doors Open at appx 2 PM.

• FOOD and DRINKS will be available for purchase during the show for all.  The Beyond the Stars Palace has a built in coffee and snack shop available right in the venue!  No outside food will be permitted into the event. 

• Due to last minute changes, the show lineup will not be distributed before the show. We have programmed the acts of Winter Lights 2 so that there is excitement and varied acts throughout.  You won't be bored!  Your favrotie artists are always a few minutes away! We update it with the show lineup after the meet n greet.

• Although the show is slated to end at 9 PM, it may go on a bit longer, to give every amazing act a chance to perform.  We NEVER cut artists off due to show time.  Unlike last year, we DO NOT anticipate the show going much over time as we have made changes to the sound provider which caused time issues with last years show.

• There is no re-entry into the event.  Once you arrive, if you leave, you will have to re-purchase a ticket.

• All ticket sales are final.  Every act listed to appear has an agreement with KLiK Events to be appearing in the show, however due to unforseen circumstances (i.e. health issues, weather, etc.) KLiK Events is NOT responsible for any artists' non-appearance.  Winter Lights 2 is a multi-act event.  There are no refunds.
