Where do I go to buy a ticket?


You can buy tickets on our ticket site at HERE.




Do I need to buy a GA ticket AND a VIP Package ticket for the package I want?


NO! You just need to purchase ONE TICKET for whatever package you would like.




How do Parents or Guardians attend? What tickets do Parents need?


All parents need a PARENT TICKET to attend.. This is NOT A GA ticket. It is a PARENT TICKET. A parent ticket is only available and valid with another ticket purchased. It will have the same access as the other purcahsed ticket. For example, if a parent ticket accompanies a child with a Platinum VIP ticket, the parent will enter with the child. The parent is able to take pictures of the child during meet n greets if accompanying a ticket that includes a meet n greet. Parent tickets may be purcahsed on our ticket site. THEY WILL ONLY appear once a regular ticket is selected for purchase. Only 2 parent tickets may be purchased at a time. Parent/Guardian must be 21 years of age or over to purchase a parent ticket. Parent seating area available on the floor level and the upstairs balcony. Note: The upstairs balcony is NOT handicapped accesible.




How much do the tickets cost? What are the prices?


The prices are on our ticket site, including and promotional pricing for each level. You can get there by going HERE.




What is a BACKSTAGE GREEN ROOM PASS? What do I get with it?


With this limited pass, you'll have access to the backstage GREEN ROOM where the performers and VIPs sit to watch the show. Meeting specific performers is NOT guaranteed. A backstage pass is purchased IN ADDITION to your ticket. Backstage Green Room Passes are ONLY available to purchase at time of purchase when yous elect a PLATINUM or GOLD VIP Package.




What is a FRONT OF LINE Pass and what does it do?


A Front of line pass (available with SILVER and GA packages) gets you in to the LINE UP meet n greet first (for Silver) or the show first when GA is let in (for GA). This means less waiting and better spots in front of the stage,




Can I upgrade my ticket or add otrher add-ons to it, such as a backstage pass?


YES! You can do it online by emailing the last 4 #s of your credit card to us at support@klikevents.net. Or for faster service, use the LIVE CHAT feature on the bottom right of the ticket site. Be sure to add your name and what you want to upgrade to. You can also change your small talk session talent for Platinum VIP ticket holders (if available), and add on other passes and extras. Sorry, downgrades are not allowed. Yoiu can also upgrade your ticket at the venue if tickets are available.




Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?


Sorry, there are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All tickets and other items purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All ticket package details are subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event of show cancellation or postponement, ticket buyer will be offered a comparable ticket at a future event. No refunds will be offered.




Can someone else use my ticket?


As long as they have it at the door to scan, and it hasn't already been scanned.... yes! Therefore PROTECT YOUR TICKET and it's BAR/QR code. NEVER post your ticket on any social media showing code info or personal info!




I don't have a printer. Can I bring my ticket on my phone?


Of course! Have the square QR code ready to be scanned by our staff!




I don't see a Parent ticket listed to purchase on the ticket site. How do I get one?


You must first select another ticket for this to be visible.




I don't see a backstage green room pass listed to purchase on the ticket site. How do I get one?


You must first select a ticket for this to be visible. It is not available with GA or Silver VIP ticket purchases.




I already bought a Platinum ticket, but want to change my small talk talent. Can I do that?


Yes you can! Just email your name, request and last 4 numbers of credit card used to support@klikevents.net or chat with us on the LIVE CHAT on our ticket site and we can help you out! You can ONLY chnage to talent that is NOT SOLD OUT..




I don't see a front of line pass listed to purchase on the ticket site. How do I get one?


You must first select a silver ticket for this to be visible. Front of Line Passes are only available with Silver VIP Packages.




I am buying a PLATINUM VIP ticket and SMALL TALK says SOLD OUT for the talent I want to see. Does that mean I won't see them at all?


No, it doesn't mean that. There are just 12 small talk sessions per act. You can choose any act you want to have small talk with. Even if SMALL TALK is sold out, you will STILL see ALL the talent at the line meet n greet, and open mingle meet n greet.




I already bought a ticket, but want to add on a Backstage Green Room Pass, Front of Line Pass, or Parking Pass? Can I do that?


Yes you can! Just email your name, request and last 4 numbers of credit card used to support@klikevents.net or chat with us on the LIVE CHAT on our ticket site and we can help you out!




Can I buy tickets at the door?


Yes but if they are sold out before, they WON'T be available at the door... We suggest buying online. Also, prices at the door will always be the higher.




What happens if I forget my ticket?


No worries! We can look up your name at the door, and you will need ID. Note that this may delay your entry to the venue, so please bring your ticket on paper or phone.




What are the ticket fees for?


cket fees cover credit card processing, venue and ticket fees and taxes.




What do PLATINUM VIP ticket holders get?

When do Parents go in with Parent tickets?


Parents can go in ANY TIME with their child, depending on the child's ticket. Parents can take pictures of their children at the Meet N Greets.




What is a BIG 5 AFTER PARTY PASS? What do I get with it?


You'll go the AFTER PARTY directly followeing the show at AVALON for another chance to hang with the performers and talernt you love! There will be food and fun right after the show! Big 5 After Party Passes are ONLY available to purchase at time of purchase when yous elect a PLATINUM or GOLD VIP Package.




What is the Photo Club?


THe Photo Club is only available as an add on for PLATINUM and SILVER VIP package buyers. It lets you work with the talent during the PHOTO LINE MEET N GREET, as a picture taker, taking photos for other fans with the talent. You will get to take your pictures first, before the other fans go through the line. Please note that being part of the photo club means you have to be able to take quick and steady pictures using phones of those going through the line.

Where is CINCO 5?


CINCO is at AVALON in Hollywood at the world famous Hollywood and Vine intersection... slightly north on Vine St. HERE IS A MAP




What is a SMALL TALK Session?


SMALL TALK is only for PLATINUM VIP buyers and is a session with you and just 3 others and the talent of your choice. You can talk to them, take selfies, anythign you like. Each session is 10 mins. There are JUST 12 small talk sessions available per talent so GET YOURS ASAP. You pick the talent you want to have the session with when you buy the PLATINUM ticket. Once all are sold out, SMALL TALK will no longer be avaiable with a Platinum VIP ticket. When new talent is added to the showm they may be available for a small talk session by new ticket buyers.




What can I expect at CINCO 5?


Meet N Greets.. Fun... Great music and performers... a totally fun once in a lifetime event. This is our 5th year and we keep coming back for you!




Who will be on stage at what time?


We don't announce the actual show schedule order, as it is being changed and tweaked often until showtime.




Will the shows end on time?


The shows ends within 15-20 mins. within scheduled end time, baring any unforseen technical or other circumstance.




Will there be any age inappropriate language or actions at the event?


Cinco 5 may contain inappropriate language, themes and content. Please be aware of this when considering purchasing tickets for or bringing younger children. When you purchase a ticket, you will be acknowledging that you understand this. No refunds will be given because of ticket holders unhappiness with language or content. We are letting you know here, and during the purchase of a ticket. Make sure your child is mature enough to not be offended by this before purchasing a ticket




Is there a Red Carpet presentation?


YES. We will have a red carpet presentation. If you are a talent wishing to be part of it please email pr@klikevents.net.

What time does everything happen at CINCO 5?


Times will be available on your ticket and confirmation email. They are also available on our ticket site when you buy a ticket. Times are subject to change.




When and Where is the Big 5 After Party?


The Big 5 After Party takes place at Avalon a few minutes after the show. A special pass is available to purchase when you purchase your ticket online (with Platinum or Gold VIP Packages) , or at the show the day of the event. You will be directed to the party once the show ends.





Meet N Greet Info

Do I meet ALL THE TALENT at the Meet N Greet or just some?


You will meet ALL the talent at the MEET N GREET.




What happens at the OPEN MINGLE Meet N Greet?


You'll hang out with performers in an open party like atmosphere, You can walk up to and talk to all the acts.




What happens at the Photo Line Format Meet N Greet?


You'll go through a line and be able to take a hug and pic with the talent. All the talent will be there. There will be people to take pictures using your phone. If a parent is with you that has a parent ticket, they also can take pictures for you.




Will the performers and/or talent meet me in the venue during the show, or just at the Meet N Greet?


The performers will be backstage and not on the floor of the venue during the show, to avoid distraction from the great acts performing.





At The Show

Will there be merch sold at the show? How much is it?


There will be event merch and performer merch sold. The prices vary for each performer. In general T Shirts are about $25.




Where do I Park?


An ALL DAY PARKING PASS is available while they last when you purchase your ticket. This pass lets you park int he parking lot RIGHT NEXT DOOR to Avalon all day. We suggest getting this pass to have a stress free day! There are other parking lots in the area as well. Parking is NOT included with your ticket.




Is Food and Drink Served?


YES. You can purchase food and drinks ,and adult beverages are available to purchase for parents. Food will be served at the Big 5 After Party for those with passes to this event after the show. They are available to purchase when you get a ticket, for PLATINUM or GOLD VIp package buyers.




Can I go in and out of the venue?


No, Sorry., Due to fire code once you are in the venue, you need to stay in until the end of the show. Once you leave you cannot come back in. Parents may leave to feed parking meters or take a quick break.




Is AVALON equipped for those physically challenged?


The balcony area is not accessible to wheelchairs, and stairs are the only access to this area. This is only for parent seating, which is available on floor level as well. So yesm everyone can enjoy the show regardless of physical challenges.




Will there be seating at the show?


There is only seating available for parents, in the parent seating section. If you are physically challenged and require seating, this can be arranged at the venue.




Where do parents with Parent Tickets go?


There are parent seating areas available. Parents may go anywhere child goes as well.




I bought presale merch online when I bought a ticket. Where do I get it in the venue?


Merch can be picked up at our merch table. Just tell them your name, and show them your order confirmation, and our friendly merch guru will have your presale merch ready to give you.




Where can I buy merch at the venue?


Look for our merch table. You'll be able to buy merch during and after the shows. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Apple pay, and other electronic payment methods.




Will someone be there to take my picture at the meet n greet?


Yes... Our photo club crew will be there to assist and take your photo using your phone during the photo line meet n greet.





Policies and Other Info

How can I find out about any schedule or other changes?


We will send an email, text or push notification on our app.. You can get the app at http://bit.ly/klikforios OR http://bit.ly/klikforandroid. It is a KLIK branded app.




What age do you have to be to go to to CINCO 5?


There is no age limit, however if you are under 18 you must have parental permission before purchasing a ticket. Parents can purchase parent tickets, however parent attendance is not mandatory. Security is provided at all venues.




Do parents have to accompany young or minor children?


Parents are NOT required to be with their child. There is a lot of professional security to keep everyone safe at the venue. Parents may purchase a parent ticket if they like.




What is your policy on "drama"?


We are all at Cinco 5 to have a good time. There are few days in your life that will be exciting and fun as something like this show. We ask that you have a GREAT time, and avoid drama. You don't deserve to deal with it. We will eject anone from the venue who creates any negative issue, without a refund.




Do you have an App?


Yes... it is KLiK Branded and is at http://bit.ly/klikforios FOR iOS and for Android at http://bit.ly/klikforandroid. We suggest saying YES to location services so you can find out about events and changes in your area, and push notifications so you can stay informed of any changes.




I bought my ticket and the price is now lower due to a sale or promotion. Can I get a refund for the difference?


Sorry... similar to a seat on a plane, the price you pay when you make your purchase is the price that is available at that time. No adjustments or refunds can be made later on due to sales or promotions in the past or future.

Can I bring a camera besides my cell phone?


No professional cameras are admitted to the venue, sorry.




I didn't get my ticket in email. What should I do?


First, check spam or junk. Yahoo and Hotmail especially will put a lot of good mail there. If you still don't get it, email support@klikevents.net.





CINCO 5 INFO / FAQ

  • Cinco 4 is on May 15th 2016, and once again takes place at Avalon Hollywood. 1735 Vine St. Los Angeles, CA. KLiK here for location details.  

  • There are 3 Parts to Cinco 4:

    • FIRST- The VIP MEET N GREET.  The VIP Meet N Greet takes place in the BALCONY level of the venue.  Note that this area is NOT accessible foe those physically challenged.   Those with VIP tickets will enter in this order:

      • DIAMOND TOUCH After Party Add On Ticket Holders

      • VIP TICKET HOLDERS - with Group 1 VIP Front Of Line Pass

      • VIP TICKET HOLDERS - with Group 2 VIP Front Of Line Pass

      • ALL OTHER VIP TICKET HOLDERS

If you are not purchasing an exclusive DIAMOND TOUCH Hollywood After Party ticket, We STRONGLY suggest getting the OPTIONAL Group 1 or 2 VIP Front of Line passes.  This will let you in earlier, and give you a much better experience with less waiting at the start of the day.  

 

    • SECOND- The show itself... Starts at 3 PM and goes until 7 PM (Times are approximate.  The show will start directly after the VIP Meet N Greet once everyone is in the venue from theline)..  There is limited seating ONLY for DIAMOND TOUCH ticket holders on the main floor.  The show itself is not a seated event.  Entry to the show for GENERAL ADMISSION ticket holders will be AFTER the VIP Meet N Greet is OVER.  You will need to remain outside the venue until that time.  The order of entry for GA Ticket holders will be:

      • GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET HOLDERS - with Group 1 GA Front of Line Pass

      • GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET HOLDERS - with Group 2 GA Front of Line Pass

      • ALL OTHER GA TICKET HOLDERS

If you are purchasing a GA ticket, we STRONGLY suggest getting the OPTIONAL Group 1 or 2 GA Front of Line passes.  This will let you in earlier, and give you a much better experience with less waiting.  

 

  • THIRD - The DIAMOND TOUCH HOLLYWOOD AFTER PARTY which takes place in the main theater AFTER the show.  It starts about 7:15 PM (or when the show ends) and will end by 8:45 PM.  If you purchased a DIAMOND TOUCH ADD ON TICKET, after the show, while the Avalon staff is setting up, you will be asked to step into the lobby area. IMPORTANT: You WILL NEED your CONFIRMATION EMAIL to get into the After Party, so DO NOT throw it away after you come to the show.  There will be pizza served, and a VERY limited amount of fans will be able to hangout in an OPEN setting with The Janoskians, Sammy Wilk, and other performers in the main hall of Avalon.  It's an amazing experience for uber fans!

 

  • We have available 5 BACKSTAGE GREEN ROOM PASSES.  This is a limited access backstage pass that will let you into the BACKSTAGE GREEN ROOM where the artists see the show from.  While you will be surrounded by artists and others, we cannot guarantee the meeting of any particular performer with this pass.  ONLY Diamond Touch ticket holders will be able to purchase these passes when they buy tickets online.  There are 5.  They will be gone fast!

  • OUR APP keeps you UP TO DATE with ANY changes... get it for Android at http://bit.ly/klikforandroid OR iOS at http://bit.ly/klikforios - It is the BEST WAY to know what is going on at or events... perfect for parents too! We will keep you up to date through push notifications as well as texts (if you supplied your number when you bought your ticket). Make sure to turn on push notfications and location allow for the best experience.  We won't push tons to you, we promise!

  • The show will end at 7:00 PM, followed by The DIAMOND TOUCH AFTER PARTY, which includes pizza dinner!  

  • YOU MAY UPGRADE your tickets AT THE DOOR if there are any left by cash, credit card, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay at the Avalon Box Office.  The box office opens at 11 AM Sunday.  

  • The event schedule is as follows.  This is SUBJECT TO CHANGE, and all ticket buyers will receive email or texts about any changes and reminders about the times prior to the event. We also are now using TEXT MESSAGING to keep you up to date.  No, we won't text you too much... just as needed.

  • Sunday May15th 2016:

    • 11:00 - 1 PM - RED CARPET - Our RED CARPET reception happens outside the venue.  See your favorite stars as they arrive.

    • 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM - The VIP Meet N Greet is on for VIP ticket holders.  It takes place in the balcony, and once you go through the Meet N Greet, you will be able to go get a great spot in front of the stage. 

    • 3:00 PM (Appx) - 7:00 PM - Cinco 4 Show is on.  A mixture of returning favorites, local favorites, ALL TOGETHER on one AMAZING STAGE. At 7, the show is over, unless you are going to the DIAMOND TOUCH AFTER PARTY and DINNER.

    • 7:15 - 8:45 PM - DIAMOND TOUCH HOLLYWOOD After Party and DINNER happens on the main level of Avalon.  The Janoskians, Sammy Wilk and so many more will be on hand to meet you personally. NO LINES, NO WAITING!

  • Cinco 4 tickets may be purchased online (and are always delivered via email in minutes) until the day before the show (May 14)).  We DO NOT have tickets available at the door IF THEY SELL OUT.  Buy tickets online as soon as possible to AVOID A SELL OUT.  Previous shows with The Janoskians have sold out worldwide.

  • Dress is however you feel.

  • Cinco 4 is AN ALL AGES EVENT - ALL ARE WELCOME (Drinks for those 21+). Parents DO NOT NEED to accompany children to the event. 

  • Cinco 4 may contain inappropriate language, themes and content.  Please be aware of this when considering purchasing tickets for or bringing younger children.  When you purchase a ticket, you will be acknowledging that you understand this.  No refunds will be given because of ticket holders unhappiness with language or content.  We are letting you know here, and during the purchase of a ticket.  Make sure your child is mature enough to not be offended by this before purchasing a ticket.

  • By popular demand, we are now offering a PARKING PASS that you can purchase with your ticket purchase WHILE THEY LAST.  This is for the lot RIGHT NEXT DOOR to Avalon.  This will mean you won't have to look for a spot, and will be able to easily get in and out of the show.  There are a VERY limited number of these spots available and they can only be purchased when purchasing your ticket. Also, parking is available in many lots around the area. 

  • GET TO CINCO 4 EARLY!!! There will be hundreds of people there, and we recommend arriving as early as possible... 8 AM-9 AM may be a good idea, especially for diehard fans.  Of course if you have a DIAMOND TOUCH HOLLYWOOD AFTER PARTY add on TICKET, arrive ANYTIME as you walk right in with INSTANT ACCESS!  Front of Line Pass holders will also go in before others of their ticket type.

  • Cinco 4's RED CARPET is only for those authorized in advance to walk the carpet. For details KLIK here. We will make an exception if your last name is Bieber. Maybe.

  • FOOD and DRINKS will be available for purchase during the show for all.  You can order food at the rear side bars. 

  • Photography with professional cameras (SLR) are not permitted.  Phone camera and video is permitted.

  • Due to last minute changes, the show lineup will not be distributed before the show. We have programmed the acts of Cinco 4 so that there is excitement and varied acts throughout.  You won't be bored!  Your favorite artists are always a few minutes away!  The schedule will be available the day of the show through our mobile app. 

  • KLiK Events and its parent company, Living The Dream LLC are not responsible for artist or guest cancellations or non-appearance.  All participants promoted are contractually obligated to appear, however sometimes things do happen.  We will attempt to communicate any changes as best possible through social media avenues, our app, email and text messages

  • All ticket sales are final.  There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.

  • KLiK Events will be giving you the show lineup and communicating scheduling and other changes, including promotions through our mobile app and through emails and texts.   • There is no re-entry into the event.  Once you arrive, if you leave, you will have to re-purchase a ticket..
