CINCO 3 INFO / FAQ

  • Cinco 3  is on May 3rd, and once again takes place at Avalon Hollywood. 1735 Vine St. Los Angeles, CA. KLiK here for location details.  

  • There are 4 Parts to Cinco 3:

    • FIRST - The GOLD CIRCLE SOUND CHECK SERENADE gets you in for a special continental Breakfast early... You'll hear an acoustic performance by Jesse McCartney and see some of the other artists and guests during sound check. This is ONLY for GOLD CIRCLE ticket holders.  Many of the other hosts and artists will also be present, preparing for their appearances.  Get close to them at this WORKING sound check session.  There is limited seating at this portion of the event.

    • SECOND - The GOLD CIRCLE and VIP PHOTO MEET N GREET happens after the SOUND CHECK SERENADE.  GOLD CIRCLE ticket holders will go first, and then VIP ticket holders will go, stopping by to see all the artists and hosts.  This takes place on the main lobby area of the venue, the balcony/loge area, and the main area as well.  (NOTE: Jesse McCartney and SOME of the Meet N Greet guests will be located on the ground level, which IS accessible for those physically challenged.  The BALCONY and LOGE PORTION of the Meet N Greet where a majority of the performers are located is NOT wheelchair accessible)

    • THIRD - The show itself... Starts at 2 PM and goes until 7 PM.  There is limited seating ONLY for GOLD CIRCLE ticket holders.  The show itself is not a seated event.

    • FOURTH - JESSE'S VIP AFTER PARTY and DINNER which takes place in the main theater AFTER the show.  It starts about 7:30 PM and will end by 9 PM.  If you purchased an AFTER PARTY ticket, it comes with a VIP or GOLD CIRCLE show ticket. After the show, while the Avalon staff is setting up, you will be entertained in lobby area by special guests and hosts. IMPORTANT: You WILL NEED your ticket to get into the dinner, so DO NOT throw it away after you come to the show.  It has your meal choice and seat location on it.  If you are using your phone, it will need to be scanned again before the dinner.

    • Also OUR APP keeps you UP TO DATE with ANY changes... get it for Android OR iOS NOW! KLiK Here  It is the BEST WAY to know what is going on at or events... perfect for parents too! We will keep you up to date through push notifications as well as texts (if you supplied your number when you bought your ticket).

  • Although this is the same venue as last year, they have made some changes and we have too:

    • The AVALON recently underwent a MULTI MILLION Dollar renovation! and more has been added since last year

      • The sound system has been totally upgraded and will sound AMAZING.  

      • We have seen events, and have been called to work on them as well, where the Meet N Greet was chaotic.  We have spent countless hours refining the Meet N Greet to make it MUCH better

  • The show will end at 7:00 PM PROMPTLY, followed by JESSE'S TECHNICOLOR AFTER PARTY and DINNER!  

  • There are many types of tickets available. NOTE that YOU MAY UPGRADE your tickets AT THE DOOR if there are any left by cash or credit card at the Avalon Box Office.  For GOLD CIRCLE UPGRADES, please arrive by 9:30 AM.  However, as After Party/Dinner tickets contain custom meals prepared in advance, you will NOT be able to purchase entry to the After Party Dinner at the door.:

    • VIP TICKETS (our most popular... ) - get you access to the concert,  and you'll go through a pre show meet N greet where you'll be able to say hi, take pics, and see Jesse McCartney, your favorite artists and performerss. 

    • GOLD CIRCLE TICKETS - You get the same Meet N Greet as VIP, but you ALSO get a SOUND CHECK SERENADE with Jesse McCartney, where he will be doing a special acoustic set. and Q&A session  You'll have a continental breakfast, and get a poster also.  You'll go through the Meet and Greet first too.  Plus, you'll have access to the limited GOLD CIRCLE SEATING AREA. on the main floor. 

    • GENERAL ADMISSION - This gets you in to the show, with entry after all others have entered.  No Meet N Greet with GA tickets.

    • JESSE'S TECHNICOLOR DINNER AND AFTER PARTY - This is for the uber fans.  You'll get a 3 course sit down dinner, and hang with Jesse at a special event after the show.  Jesse will do a special set as well.  He will spend time at each table, and talk to you.  This is the most intimate way to know and speak with Jesse.  Each dinner ticket comes with a VIP or GOLD CIRCLE show ticket... and Gold Circle comes with wine at dinner.  Have a lot of friends?  Bring them... you can get a TABLE FOR 10 for $500 off with VIP or GOLD CIRCLE tickets.  When you purchase these tickets from our website, you will be able to see your seating location, and choose the meal for you and any guests.  Wine is poured for GOLD CIRCLE and FULL TABLE ticket holders (21+).

  • The event schedule is as follows.  This is SUBJECT TO CHANGE, and all ticket buyers will receive email or texts about any changes and reminders about the times prior to the event. We also are now using TEXT MESSAGING to keep you up to date.  No, we won't text you too much... just as needed.

  • Sunday May 3rd 2015:

    • 11:00 - 12 NOON - RED CARPET - Our RED CARPET reception happens outside the venue.  See your favorite stars as they arrive.

    • 10:00 AM - 11:45 AM - GOLD CIRCLE SOUND CHECK SERENADE - Hear Jesse McCartney in an acoustic set just for you.  See the other artists too.  Jesse will have a special Q&A session... and you'll get a continental breakfast too.

    • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - The VIP Meet N Greet is on for GOLD CIRCLE and VIP ticket holders.  It takes place in the lower level and balcony, and once you go through the Meet N Greet, you will be able to go get a great spot in front of the stage.  GOLD CIRCLE go first... to get the best spots!

    • 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Cinco 3 Show is on.  A mixture of returning favorites, local favorites, ALL TOGETHER on one AMAZING STAGE. At 7, the show is over, unless you are going to JESSE'S TECHNICOLOR AFTER PARTY and DINNER.

    • 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM - While the Avalon staff gets ready for dinner, you'll be mingling with your friends and special guests in the lobby area.  Note that you will have your ticket rescanned.

    • 7:30 - 9:00 PM - JESSE'S TECHNICOLOR AFTER PARTY and DINNER happens on the main level of Avalon.  Jesse will come by each table to talk to you one on one.. plus he will perform an acoustic set.

  • Ciinco 3 tickets may be purchased online (and are always delivered via email in minutes) until the day of the show for reduced prices. The day of the show, they will return to standard pricing.  When you purchase tickets that include the After Party and Dinner, seats will be assigned depending on your ticket (you can see them at check out by looking at the seat map on the right of the checkout page). We will also ask your meal preference.  Meal preferences can only by changed through April 27th 2015.

  • Dress is however you feel.. as long as it isn't obscene!

  • Cinco 3 is a FAMILY FRIENDLY event.  We encourage all performers to keep this in mind.  We are not responsible for the actions of perfomers on the show.

  • Cinco 3 is  AN ALL AGES EVENT - ALL ARE WELCOME (Drinks for those 21+)  Wine is served at the Dinner only to those over 20.

  • Parking is available in many lots around the area, including one next to The Avalon.  Valet Parking may be available as well.  The favorite lot the KLiK staff uses is on Vine St, south of Hollywood Blvd. on the right when going south (inside parking structure). It is cost effective too!

  • GET TO CINCO 3 EARLY!!! There will be hundreds of people there, and we recommend  arriving as early as possible... 8 AM-9 AM may be a good idea, especially for diehard fans.  Of course if you have GOLD CIRCLE TICKETS, arrive ANYTIME as you walk right in with INSTANT ACCESS!

  • Cinco 3's RED CARPET is only for those authorized in advance to walk the carpet. For details KLIK here. We will make an exception if your last name is Bieber. Maybe.

  • FOOD and DRINKS will be available for purchase during the show for all.  You can order food at the rear side bars. 

  • Photography with professional cameras (SLR) are not permitted.  Phone camera and video is permitted.

  • Due to last minute changes, the show lineup will not be distributed before the show. We have programmed the acts of Cinco 3 so that there is excitement and varied acts throughout.  You won't be bored!  Your favorite artists are always a few minutes away!  The schedule will be available the day of the show through our mobile app.  Get it now  for iOS at bit.ly/klikiosapp OR for Android at bit.ly/klikandroidapp and keep up to date.

  • KLiK Events and its parent company, Living The Dream LLC are not responsible for artist or guest cancellations or non-appearance.  All participants promoted are contractually obligated to appear, however sometimes things do happen.  We will attempt to communicate any changes as best possible through social media avenues, our app, email and text messages

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • KLiK Events will be communicating scheduling and other changes, including promotions through our mobile app and through emails and texts. Get our app for iOS or Android...   • There is no re-entry into the event.  Once you arrive, if you leave, you will have to re-purchase a ticket..
